However, I faced issues with the cleanliness and maintenance. My first room had a strong odor, and I noticed the shower curtain wouldn't close properly, making the floor wet. The TV remote wasn't in the room, which was frustrating. The staff could improve their responsiveness. I rarely saw anyone during my stay to address these issues. I also felt unsafe at times due to loud disturbances around the hotel. Improvements in cleaning and maintenance are necessary for a better experience.

Bed was comfortable. The staff was good and responsive when I reported the dirty first room. They went in right away to clean it up. My experience was better than I expected.

i experienced the most terrible stay here. the pool was a disgusting green, and the rooms were filthy, with a dead cockroach in the bathroom. i would have thought that a 'special' guest would receive better treatment but alas, i guess that’s too much to ask! almost wrote a good review—but just couldn’t. absoluteley disgraceful.

Significant improvements needed in room cleanliness!!! Electrical issues, such as non-working outlets, detracted from the experience!!! An urgent need for better maintenance and a thorough deep cleaning of bathrooms is evident!!!

i had a short stay at baymont by wyndham and it wasn't too bad. the staff was accommodating when i needed to switch rooms, and the beds were somewhat comfy. overall, it exceeded my expectations during this quick trip.

I had a cotton candy of hope when I checked in but it all dissolved quickly! The shower, well, it wasn’t operable like someone removed the steering wheel before I could even take off.

The whole experience wasn't considered a bargain but acceptable.
